We are a family owned and operated business in Norfolk County, Ontario. We imported our stone mill from Zhytomyr Oblast, Ukraine. We are on a mission to offer high quality flour with no additives, no bleach, and no preservatives. We hope you enjoy our flour! Orders take 3-5 days to ship.
My name is Jeff and I started A.C.G Premium Flour with one simple goal: to bring truly fresh, truly local, truly honest flour back to Ontario. After years of loving food, farming, and working closely with local businesses, I saw how hard it was to find flour that still had flavour — flour that wasn’t stripped, bleached, or processed to the point where everything tasted the same.
I wanted to change that.
Why I Started This Business
Living in Norfolk County, surrounded by farms, I’ve always had a deep connection to the land and the people who grow our food. I realized that if I could mill flour the right way — slowly, gently, and without additives — I could offer something special to bakers, families, and businesses across Ontario.
So I invested in a true stone mill, learned the craft from the ground up, and committed to building a small, local mill that puts quality and transparency first.
How We Source Our Grain-
Our grains are sourced directly from trusted Ontario growers and grain suppliers who share the same values: quality, consistency, and care. Every batch of wheat, rye, or grain we purchase is grown in our region, delivered fresh, and stored under strict food-grade standards.
We never import cheap grain or cut corners — if it doesn’t meet our standard, we don’t mill it.
A True Granite Stone Mill — What Makes Us Different
Most modern mills use metal rollers, synthetic stones, or high-heat systems that strip away flavour and nutrients.
Our mill is different.
We use a handcrafted 50-inch granite stone mill, a traditional system that grinds slowly and naturally. Because the stones stay cool, the flour keeps its oils, minerals, aroma, and natural colour — the way flour is supposed to be.
No bleaching.
